Events cancelled by the organiser without a replacement date are refunded in full instead.

Tickets usually arrive 24-72 hours before the event and are guaranteed before it begins. Some issuers release tickets closer to the start time. Most tickets are delivered electronically. Physical tickets are sent by tracked courier or arranged for clearly identified collection.

The DFL releases exact dates and times in batches after considering European and domestic cup schedules. A listed matchday can remain provisional until that selection is announced.
