When you contact us about an existing order, including the right details in your first message helps us help you sooner:
- The order ID (the reference at the top of your confirmation email).
- The fixture date, teams and venue.
- The email address on the account used to place the order.
- A clear description of the issue — and where relevant, a screenshot.
- For match-day issues, your current location relative to the venue and the kick-off time.
