Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 29 May 2026
Anyseats is committed to making anyseats.net usable for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the device and assistive technology they use. Buying tickets should be straightforward whether you browse with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, or a magnified display. This statement explains the standard we work to, the steps we have taken, the limitations we are aware of, and how to tell us when something falls short.
The standard we aim for
We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the internationally recognised benchmark for making web content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We treat AA as our target across the marketplace, the checkout, and the editorial pages.
What we have done
- Built the site with semantic HTML so headings, landmarks, lists and forms are announced correctly by screen readers.
- Ensured every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Made the whole purchase journey — search, fixture pages, and checkout — operable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus styles.
- Labelled interactive controls (buttons, links, form fields) with accessible names rather than icons alone.
- Set a single, descriptive
<h1>per page and a logical heading order so the page structure is easy to navigate. - Chosen text and background colours intended to meet AA contrast ratios, and a layout that reflows cleanly on small screens and at higher zoom.
- Declared the page language and added structured data so the content is machine-readable.
Known limitations
We are honest that accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished box to tick. Some third-party content — for example interactive seating maps supplied by our seller network — may not yet meet every AA criterion. Where you hit a barrier on any such element, contact us and our support team will help you complete your purchase directly and prioritise a fix.
Tell us about a problem
If you encounter anything on anyseats.net that is difficult or impossible to use, we want to hear about it — it is the fastest way we improve. Email [email protected] or call +44 20 0000 0000. Please describe the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or device you were using so we can reproduce and resolve it quickly. We aim to respond within five business days.
Enforcement
We review this statement and the site's accessibility regularly and update both as we improve. If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate through the relevant national accessibility or equality body in your jurisdiction.
