Travel agencies, tour operators, corporate travel desks and anyone else buying tickets for their clients. We review every application before trade prices open, and email you when it’s approved.
How does the discount work?
It comes off the retail price shown on anyseats.net. You start at 9% and it rises with your agency’s spend in the calendar year, up to 18%. Levels reset on 1 January, and each booking keeps the discount of the level you were at when you paid.
How do I pay?
By card, or from a prepaid balance you top up by card — paying from it is instant. Payment is taken when you book; we don’t offer credit terms. Every booking comes with an invoice addressed to your agency.
How are tickets delivered?
Tickets are held for 10 minutes while you pay. The confirmation and tickets come to you, through the same channels as every Anyseats order, and each booking shows its delivery status in your dashboard.
Can my team use one account?
Yes. The account owner invites colleagues by email; everyone books at your agency’s prices and every booking counts toward one discount level.
What if something goes wrong with a booking?
Our standard refund policy applies. A refund on a booking paid from your balance goes back to your balance.
