How does the ticket-buying process work?
Anyseats is a marketplace for verified football tickets. Listings come from verified sellers and ticket brokers across Europe. Once you order, the seller's tickets are routed through our authentication and identity-matching process, then delivered to you electronically — guaranteed by match-day, often days earlier.

Are the tickets authentic?
Yes. Every ticket is checked against the issuing club or stadium's records before delivery. Identity is matched at the gate where applicable. We do not list speculative or unverified inventory.
Question 03
When will my tickets arrive?
Most tickets arrive five days before the match. The latest delivery window is 24 hours before kick-off. You'll receive an email and SMS the moment your tickets are ready.
Question 04
Why are prices sometimes above face value?
Anyseats is a secondary marketplace — listings are set by individual verified sellers, and prices reflect supply and demand on a per-fixture basis. For high-demand fixtures (derbies, knockout-stage Champions League), prices typically sit above face value. For routine fixtures, listings are often at or below face value.

What happens if my entry is denied at the gate?
In the rare case of denied entry due to a problem with the ticket itself, you receive a full refund automatically. Our team is available on match-day from kick-off through full-time to resolve any issue in real time.
Question 06
What happens if the match is postponed or cancelled?
Postponed matches are usually rescheduled — your ticket remains valid for the new date. If the match is cancelled outright with no replacement fixture, you receive a full refund.

Can I sell tickets through your platform?
Anyseats works with verified sellers and ticket brokers. Individual seller applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to apply.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers for orders above £500. All transactions are secured by industry-standard encryption.
Question 09
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Most modern football tickets are now delivered electronically (mobile entry tickets), so there's no physical shipping involved. For the small number of clubs that still issue physical tickets, we ship worldwide via tracked courier.
