Help & FAQ
Buying tickets, getting them, getting in.
Question 01
Where can I buy tickets, and how do listings work?
Anyseats lists tickets from verified sellers — every seat they have available for an event, in one place. Listings update in real time as sellers add and sell tickets, so what you see is what is genuinely available, and every order is backed by our 200% Buyer Guarantee.
Question 02
How does the ticket-buying process work?
Anyseats is a ticket marketplace. Listings come from verified sellers. Tickets usually arrive 24-72 hours before the event and are guaranteed before it begins. Some issuers release tickets closer to the start time.
Question 03
Are the tickets authentic?
Listings come from verified sellers.
Question 04
When will my tickets arrive?
Tickets usually arrive 24-72 hours before the event and are guaranteed before it begins. Some issuers release tickets closer to the start time.
Question 05
How does pricing work, and why isn't a price quoted up front?
Prices change with supply and demand — sometimes within hours — so we don't quote a figure in advance. The listings on each event page show live prices from our verified sellers, updated in real time. Where an event has enough history, the page also charts the cheapest available ticket day by day so you can judge whether now is a good time to buy.
Question 06
Why are prices sometimes above face value?
Anyseats is a secondary marketplace — listings are set by individual verified sellers, and prices reflect supply and demand on a per-fixture basis. For high-demand fixtures (derbies, knockout-stage Champions League), prices typically sit above face value. For routine fixtures, listings are often at or below face value.
Question 07
Are tickets cheaper last-minute?
Sometimes — prices track supply and demand. When plenty of tickets remain, prices often drift down in the final days; for high-demand events they usually rise as the date approaches and can sell out entirely. Waiting is a gamble on both price and availability.
Question 08
Will my tickets be seated together?
Yes — choose your group size when you open the listings and Anyseats only shows tickets that can seat your whole group together. Groups are never split unless a listing explicitly says otherwise before you buy.
Question 09
Are away tickets available for football matches?
Yes. Anyseats lists both home and away allocations from our verified sellers. Away allocations release on a club-by-club rolling basis and supply is capped — book early for travel.
Question 10
Can I buy hospitality or VIP tickets?
When sellers list hospitality and VIP packages, they appear alongside standard listings — look for premium seat bands and hospitality sections at the upper end of the price range. Availability varies by event and is typically tightest for the highest-demand dates.
Question 11
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?
Anyseats doesn't impose a purchase limit — you can buy up to the number of tickets a listing holds. For groups of five or more, select 5+ when choosing your group size to see only large-group listings seated together.
Question 12
What happens if my entry is denied at the gate?
If entry is denied because of a problem with the ticket, contact support immediately and remain at the venue while we investigate and try to arrange a replacement. We may request evidence from the gate. If the issue is covered and cannot be resolved in time, the 200% Buyer Guarantee applies: 100% refunded, plus 100% back in credit.
Question 13
What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled outright with no replacement date, you're refunded in full for the tickets and any mandatory order fees, to your original payment method - automatically. A cancellation by the organiser is outside our control, so it is covered by that full refund rather than by the 200% Buyer Guarantee.
Question 14
Can I sell tickets through your platform?
Anyseats works with verified sellers and ticket brokers. Contact us to apply as a seller.
Question 15
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Question 16
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Most modern football tickets are now delivered electronically (mobile entry tickets), so there's no physical shipping involved. For the small number of clubs that still issue physical tickets, we ship worldwide via tracked courier.
Question 17
How do I contact match-day support?
Our match-day support team is reachable via live chat, WhatsApp, and email at [email protected]. We're available from kick-off until full-time, plus 30 minutes either side.
