The City Ground tickets on Anyseats
Anyseats lists verified The City Ground tickets for every fixture on the calendar — home games, cup ties, and continental nights where applicable. Listings come from verified sellers. Most The City Ground tickets are mobile-entry — a QR code emailed to you, usually 24-72 hours before the match and guaranteed to arrive before it starts.
Getting to The City Ground on match-day
Match-day travel to The City Ground is straightforward but worth planning ahead — the area around any major stadium gets congested 90 minutes before kick-off. Public transport is almost always the fastest option. Local rail and bus services run extra match-day capacity, and walking from the nearest station is typically 10-25 minutes. If you're driving, expect parking restrictions and limited capacity within a 1km radius of the ground. Park-and-ride options outside the matchday zone are usually cheaper and quicker than driving up to the stadium itself.
Match-day tips for The City Ground
Bring any ID specified in the issuer or venue instructions and keep the delivery instructions available on your phone. Gates typically open 60-90 minutes before kick-off. Bag policies vary; small bags (A4 or smaller) are usually fine but anything larger should be left off-site. Concessions inside the ground are cashless at most modern stadiums, and contactless cards are widely accepted. Allow 30-45 minutes after the final whistle for the crowd to disperse before public transport queues clear.

Events cancelled by the organiser without a replacement date are refunded in full instead.
When will my The City Ground tickets arrive?
Most tickets are delivered electronically and usually arrive 24-72 hours before doors open — we'll email you the moment your tickets are ready. For paper tickets, we ship via tracked courier worldwide.
What is the capacity of The City Ground?

Why are The City Ground tickets sometimes priced above face value?
Anyseats is a secondary marketplace — listings are set by individual verified sellers, and prices reflect supply and demand on a per-event basis. For high-demand events, prices typically sit above face value; for off-peak events, listings are often at or below face value.
What happens if my The City Ground event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If an event is cancelled outright with no replacement date, you're refunded in full for the tickets and any mandatory order fees, to your original payment method - automatically. A cancellation by the organiser is outside our control, so it is covered by that full refund rather than by the 200% Buyer Guarantee.
