History
About WerkTalent Stadion
The decision to build a new stadium was taken in 2000, and the Forepark site by the Prins Clausplein interchange was chosen in 2002. The first pile was driven on 23 November 2005, and Ballast Nedam built the stadium for about €27–28 million. It opened on 28 July 2007, when ADO beat a Haaglanden selection 5–0, replacing the Zuiderpark. The name has followed sponsors: ADO Den Haag Stadion (2007–2010), Kyocera Stadion (2010–2017), Cars Jeans Stadion (2017–2022), Bingoal Stadion (2022–2025) and WerkTalent Stadion since 2025.
