History
About Pride Park Stadium
Pride Park has been Derby County's home since 1997, when the club moved from the Baseball Ground. The Queen opened it on 18 July 1997, and its first competitive match, against Wimbledon that August, was abandoned when the floodlights failed. Clowes Developments bought the stadium company in June 2022, and in May 2025 the stadium and club were brought back under one holding company.
