History

About Stade Jean-Bouin

The Paris CASG club developed the ground from 1925, and it was renovated in 1968 with a gymnasium added in 1975. Paris council approved a rebuild in February 2007, and Rudy Ricciotti’s design was chosen that November. Work began in summer 2010, and the rebuilt, fully covered stadium was inaugurated on 31 August 2013 with a Top 14 match between Stade Français and Biarritz. The synthetic pitch laid in 2019 was replaced with hybrid grass in summer 2025.
