The Allianz Stadium — known as Juventus Stadium until a 2017 naming-rights agreement with Allianz — opened in 2011 and was Italy's first modern, club-owned football-specific ground. The 41,507-capacity bowl is renowned for its steep, close stands and intense atmosphere, and has hosted the 2014 UEFA Europa League final and the 2016 UEFA Champions League final.
