Affiliate program terms

1. Joining and approval

Apply from your affiliate account with your name or business and the website or public profile where you will promote Anyseats. Joining is free.

We review every application. Your links start tracking and earning only after your account is approved. We may decline an application, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

2. How referrals are tracked

Referrals are credited through your tracked links only: homepage, event and checkout links created in your dashboard or through the API. There are no referral codes.

A visitor who follows your link receives a 45-day first-party attribution cookie. The last valid partner link wins for new checkouts. Attribution is attached to the cart when checkout starts and covers its ticket orders. It does not transfer across devices, and cookie restrictions can prevent attribution.

3. Commission

Commission is a percentage of the qualifying ticket subtotal: the ticket prices after any discount, excluding fees and delivery. Your rate depends on your qualifying sales in the calendar year, as set out below, and resets on 1 January. The rate is recorded on each order when checkout starts.

4. Which sales qualify

Only successfully paid, accepted live orders qualify, and only those count toward your annual level. Test orders, self-referrals, rejected, cancelled, refunded and disputed purchases do not qualify. Each order records its commission rate and GBP conversion at checkout.

5. When commission becomes payable

Commission stays pending until at least 30 days after the event and successful order acceptance. Postponements delay availability.

Request a payout once your available earnings reach £50. Our team verifies the request and arranges payment directly; the dashboard does not transfer money automatically.

Any partial refund puts that payment's commission under review. Commission reversed after a payout is deducted from future available earnings.

6. Promotion rules

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. Do not use misleading prices, unsolicited spam, cookie stuffing, self-purchases or paid search ads bidding on the Anyseats brand. Show ticket restrictions and keep prices current.

Keep API keys on your server and use tracking references that contain no personal information.

7. Suspension

Suspension stops new referrals from being credited. Commission linked to activity that breaks these terms is not payable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown at the top of this page tells you which terms apply. Orders keep the commission rate recorded when their checkout started.
