FAQ
US Open ticket FAQs
What's the difference between a session ticket and a grounds pass?
A US Open session ticket grants access to one specific session (day or night) at one specific stadium (Arthur Ashe, Louis Armstrong or Grandstand). A grounds pass grants access to all outside courts plus Court 17. But NOT to Arthur Ashe, for a single day. Grounds passes are excellent value during Week 1 when 8+ matches are simultaneously playable across the outside courts.
Are US Open night sessions worth attending?
Night sessions on Arthur Ashe and Louis Armstrong are typically two-match sessions (often a singles + a doubles, or two singles). The atmosphere under the lights at Arthur Ashe is particularly distinctive. Many tennis fans rate US Open night sessions as the most atmospheric Grand Slam experience.
