Travel Agents.
Match-day inventory for the trips you build.
Anyseats works with travel agencies, bespoke trip builders, corporate-travel desks and sports-tour operators to package verified football match tickets into your itineraries. The trade channel is run by a small B2B team inside Anyseats Ltd with operational authority to quote, hold inventory, package hospitality and resolve match-day issues — without ever pushing a client through the public checkout. If you build a trip around a fixture, we are the ticket partner that does not become the weakest link in the itinerary.
Context
The trade problem we solve.
Agencies that build football trips have historically been served badly by the secondary market. Public marketplaces are designed for individual buyers and force the trade workflow through a retail funnel — manual quote construction by copying-and-pasting prices, no hold capability, no consolidated invoicing, no escalation path when something goes wrong on the day. Specialist hospitality brokers are the alternative, but they typically cover a narrow slice of premium inventory and price every transaction by phone, which makes them unworkable for a tour operator running 20 fixtures a month at standard seating.
The Anyseatstrade channel is built explicitly for the gap between those two models — the agency that needs a marketplace's breadth of inventory and price discovery, alongside a broker's account-management depth and ability to settle on trade terms. It is not a tier of the retail product; it is a separately staffed function inside the business, with its own tooling, its own pricing schedule and its own match-day team.
Why us
Built for the trade.
Net trade pricing.
Partners receive net pricing on every fixture — visible commission rolled into your quote, with margin transparency on each line. No competition with your own packaging mark-up, no clients quietly buying the public price behind your back.
Named account manager.
Every partner is assigned a named account manager inside our B2B team — one point of contact for quotes, holds, fulfilment status, replacements and escalation. Real reply times, real authority, real seat maps.
Hospitality and premium.
Beyond standard seats — executive boxes, hospitality packages, on-pitch tunnel-club experiences and venue VIP suites. We hold relationships with hospitality desks at every Premier League ground and most major continental venues.
Group bookings.
Adjacent seating for groups of two through fifty, with planning lead time the only real constraint. Section-block buyouts available on advance notice for marquee fixtures.
Match-day support, the trade line.
A separate WhatsApp channel for trade partners, staffed from doors-open through full-time on every fixture covered. Your client's issue at the turnstile becomes our problem in the same minute, not a ticket in tomorrow's queue.
API for programmatic partners.
Travel-tech platforms, sports-tour wholesalers and corporate-travel systems can plug into the Anyseats inventory API for live pricing, availability and booking. JSON, REST, webhook-driven fulfilment confirmations.
How it works
From quote to match-day.
- Apply. Email partners@anyseats.net with a short profile of your agency, your annual volume on football inventory (best estimate), the markets you serve and the kind of fixtures your clients typically request. We review every application; approvals come back within three business days with onboarding paperwork attached.
- Onboard. Approved partners are issued a trade account, an account manager, and access to the trade dashboard — live inventory across every covered competition with net pricing applied. Programmatic partners receive an API key and the technical documentation during the same window.
- Quote and hold. Quote your client from net prices in the dashboard. Need a short-duration hold while your client confirms? Account managers can place a 48-hour hold on most fixtures, longer on lower-demand inventory. Holds are converted to booked orders with a single confirmation in the dashboard.
- Fulfil. Tickets are delivered by the same channels as the public marketplace — most electronically, some by tracked courier, a minority by box-office collection — but with timing tightened where you have nominated specific delivery windows in your itinerary. Names, collection instructions and any required documents are routed to the named lead guest by default, or to your operations team if you prefer to handle the hand-off.
- Settle. Standard payment terms for approved trade partners are NET 30 from the date of the fixture, invoiced monthly. Prepayment terms or card-on-file arrangements are available on request. Credit lines are extended after a documented trading history; new partners begin on prepay and graduate based on volume and payment record.
For partners building product
API access.
The Anyseats trade API exposes fixture data, live ticket-price ranges, seating-category metadata, real-time availability flags and a booking endpoint that performs verified checkout against your trade account — all under a REST interface, with webhook delivery of fulfilment events back to your stack. Rate limits are configured per partner against expected volume; the API is not a public throttled endpoint dressed up for B2B.
Typical integrations include white-labelled fixture widgets inside a tour-operator's site, programmatic booking flows in corporate-travel platforms, and inventory sync into sports-experience aggregators. We support partners through implementation with engineering time included in onboarding — not a documentation drop and a wishlist.
Documentation is published privately to approved partners. To request access, write to partners@anyseats.net with “Trade API access” in the subject line and a brief description of the integration you have in mind.
Use cases
What partners build with us.
Sports-tour operators.
Multi-night packages built around a marquee fixture — London for an Arsenal Champions League night, Madrid for El Clásico, Munich for an Oktoberfest-weekend Bundesliga fixture. Tickets, hospitality and section-block buyouts coordinated through a single account manager, with fulfilment timing aligned to your travel-day logistics rather than the default marketplace window.
Corporate-travel desks.
Client-entertainment, employee-incentive trips and key-account hospitality. Net pricing and consolidated invoicing simplify expense reporting; named-attendee identity matching is handled in advance so the gate experience is frictionless. NET 30 terms or card-on-file at the desk's preference.
Bespoke trip builders and concierges.
High-net-worth clients with specific seat, box or experience requirements. Account managers quote against the full premium inventory pool, including on-pitch tunnel-club experiences, private-box hospitality and behind-the-scenes packages where the venue offers them.
Aggregator and meta-search platforms.
Live inventory and pricing feeds via the trade API for travel-tech platforms that combine tickets with flights, accommodation and ground transport. Booking flows can run end-to-end on the partner side with webhook-driven fulfilment confirmation back to Anyseats.
Supporters' clubs and fan-travel organisers.
Branch chairs and supporters' club organisers coordinating away-fixture trips for a dozen to several hundred members. Bulk seating allocations in the away end where the competition rules permit, transport-and-ticket bundles, and member-rate inclusion if you run a closed-list booking system.
Trade terms
Commercial detail.
Pricing. Trade partners are quoted at net rates that scale with annual volume, with the specific margin schedule confirmed during onboarding. Premium and hospitality inventory carries a separate margin schedule reflecting the higher per-unit cost base; account managers walk partners through the schedule before any commitment.
Payment terms. Standard terms for approved partners are NET 30 from fixture date, invoiced monthly. Larger partners can negotiate quarterly settlement. New partners start on prepay and graduate to credit after a documented trading record — typically 60 days of consistent volume and clean settlement.
Cancellation, refunds and disputes. Standard marketplace refund mechanics apply, but trade partners benefit from a dedicated escalation channel and faster decision authority. Where a client of yours runs into a turnstile issue, your account manager has the authority to authorise a replacement ticket or refund on the spot — without routing the decision through public support.
Branding. Trade partners are licensed to reference Anyseats as the ticket-supply partner in their own marketing, subject to a short brand-use checklist provided at onboarding. We do not require co-branding on partner-facing materials, and the client-facing transaction can be wholly white-labelled where the trade flow runs through your own checkout and we handle fulfilment behind the scenes.
Confidentiality. Commercial terms — pricing schedules, margins, credit limits — are confidential to the partnership. Standard mutual NDA terms apply from the point of approval.
Talk to us
Start a partnership.
The fastest route into the trade programme is a short email to our partnerships inbox describing your agency, the markets you operate in, and the volume you expect across football inventory. We respond within three business days with onboarding terms and an introduction to the account manager who will handle your relationship. Partnership conversations that need more than email — a discovery call to walk through an integration, or a face-to-face at a venue or industry event — are scheduled at first reply.
