# Delivery and refunds

Tickets usually arrive 24-72 hours before the event.
If an event is cancelled outright with no replacement date, you're refunded in full for the tickets and any mandatory order fees, to your original payment method - automatically. A cancellation by the organiser is outside our control, so it is covered by that full refund rather than by the 200% Buyer Guarantee.
