# Frequently asked questions

Listings come from verified sellers.
Tickets usually arrive 24-72 hours before the event.
The price you see is the price you pay. Our fee is already included in every price on the site, so nothing is added at checkout.
Every confirmed order gets you the tickets you booked, or comparable or better, before the event begins. If we break that promise, you get more than your money back. We refund 100% of what you paid to your original payment method, and add the same amount again as Anyseats credit - 100% refunded, plus 100% back in credit. It applies when we fail to get your tickets to you before the event begins, and when you're denied entry over a ticket problem we can't resolve in time.
